Platinum, diamond, ruby & emerald Wrist Chronometer no. 4813

Case: Platinum, set with diamonds, rubies & emeralds, side of case stamped "Cartier, Paris", case no. 1445. Dial: White with arabic numerals, blued steel hands, unsigned. Movement: 2½’’’ (?) end-winding baguette, nickel, bi-metallic balance with blued steel balance spring with polished steel kidney piece, signed "Niton, Geneve, Eighteen 18 Jewels, All Adjustments, Swiss, 4813", stamped with the Geneva seal, obtained at April 13, 1928. And was part of a batch of 6 (4811-4816) and 1 (4396) and another batch of 6 (5311-5316) were all from the same date.
